•4 x 250g pork fillets

•100g Camembert cheese

•30g dried apricots diced

•100g prosciutto
Method

1.Cut along the top of pork fillet length ways to open it up.

2.Mix together the cheese and apricots and fill along open cut of pork.

3.Wrap each fillet in prosciutto.
General Information
Customer cooking instructions:Place in oven proof dish, drizzle with some Extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with black pepper and bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes.
